FOR MOMS WHO PUMP AND TRAVEL
You have a trip coming up and you're trying to figure out the milk situation. What if a lactation consultant already packed everything you need, and you could just rent it for the week?
We hear this all the time
The cooler scramble. You're packing and realize you have no way to keep pumped milk cold. A lunch bag and some ice packs? That's not a plan.
The logistics spiral. How long will it stay cold in the car? Can you freeze it at the hotel? What about the drive back? You've googled it four times and still don't have an answer.
The “just don't go” voice. It's easier to skip the trip than solve the milk problem. So you cancel on your sister. Pass on the reunion. Stay home. Again.
What if the milk problem was already solved, and you could just go?
Here's what we made
Everything you need to keep your milk cold and organized on the road, packed by a lactation consultant who knows exactly what traveling pumping moms need. Sanitized between every rental.
Take a look inside
Wipeable rubber exterior (same material as Crocs); easy to carry through airports, hotels, and grandma's house.
Double-wall insulated stainless steel bottles. Keeps milk cold for up to 36 hours: long enough for the drive, the flight, or the full day out.
Resealable bags to keep pumped milk separated and organized. Cleaning cloths so you can wipe down pump parts anywhere. No sink required.
Portable flat pad for drying pump parts: at the hotel, at your in-laws', wherever you are.
Every item is disassembled, cleaned, and inspected by our team before it reaches you.
Grab your bag before you leave town. Available at both GCBC locations on Mississippi's Gulf Coast (or Hattiesburg).
P.S. — Add a souvenir sticker from your trip. We love seeing where the bag travels. 😎
From Maranda 🩷
Working with moms every single day as an IBCLC, I see the mountains women climb just to do the most basic things.
Recently, I traveled to a conference with one of my team members, and she was honest with me in a way so many moms are. She told me she hadn’t taken a real trip in years because the thought of traveling while pumping felt too complicated, too stressful, and honestly… too expensive.
One afternoon, sitting on the beach talking through it all, we realized something. A lot of the fear had gone away once she actually did it… but the next biggest hurdle would have been affording all the things she needed to make it successful.
And that’s where the idea for the M.O.M. Bag was born.
We knew there had to be a way to take some of the cost, stress, and mental load off a breastfeeding mom’s shoulders. A way to make travel feel possible again. A way to remind moms that they don’t have to choose between caring for their baby and living their life.
So we created a rental program, packed by a lactation consultant and a mama who know exactly what you need:
Everything ready, sanitized, and organized for you.
Our hope is simple…
Whether it’s for work, a wedding, a conference, or your first vacation in years... we want you to know you can go.
And we are so honored to help make that possible. 🩷
"Maranda literally will do whatever she can to help and is so sweet and nurturing!"
This place made me so comfortable and hopeful in my breastfeeding journey. I am able to exclusively feed my baby because of this place and I love sharing my experience with all the mamas on the coast!

You might be wondering
Each kit includes a wipeable rubber backpack, up to 4 double-wall insulated stainless steel bottles, resealable storage bags, pump cleaning cloths, and a portable drying pad. Everything a lactation consultant would recommend for transporting breast milk on a trip.
You pay $200 upfront. $25 is a non-refundable rental fee and $175 is a refundable security deposit. The deposit covers the replacement value of the bag and coolers if not returned on time. Return the bag in good condition and the $175 is refunded. Your actual cost is $25 for the week.
Your 7 days start the day you pick up the bag. If you pick it up on a Tuesday, it's due back the following Tuesday. Need it longer? Each additional week is another rental period.
Yes. The stainless steel bottles are double-wall insulated and keep milk cold for hours. For longer travel days, you can add ice to the bottles or refresh with ice at your destination.
Breast milk is TSA-exempt from the 3.4 oz liquid rule. You can bring it through security in reasonable quantities. The M.O.M. Bag is carry-on friendly and keeps everything organized for screening. A QR code is included in the bag for quick reference to the official TSA policy on transporting breast milk.
We have two locations: Pass Christian, MS and Hattiesburg, MS (Tuesdays only). Pick up before your trip, return when you're back. You can use either location.
We have a limited number of bags in rotation. If none are available, join our waitlist and we'll notify you when one opens up. We recommend reserving early, especially around holidays and summer travel season. (If this becomes a popular item, we may add more bags!)
